About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Strategist to join our team in London. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing strategies that drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance market positioning.

As a Business Strategist, you will work closely with senior management, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders to identify opportunities, address challenges, and deliver impactful solutions that align with our company’s vision and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Develop, evaluate, and implement short- and long-term business strategies to achieve organisational goals.
• Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth research to identify industry trends, market opportunities, and competitive landscapes.
• Performance Metrics: Define KPIs and track performance against strategic goals, providing regular updates and insights to leadership.
• Problem Solving: Analyse operational challenges and propose actionable solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and successful execution of strategic initiatives.
• Financial Modelling: Assess financial implications of proposed strategies and support budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Innovation: Stay ahead of industry developments and recommend innovative approaches to maintain a competitive edge.

About You

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2+ years) in strategic planning, management consulting, or business development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels.
• Proficiency in business tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and data analysis platforms.

Desirable Attributes:

• Master’s degree in a relevant field or professional certifications (e.g., MBA, CFA).
• Experience in working within the London market or familiarity with UK-specific business landscapes.
• Creative mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
