Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum (Dependent on Experience)
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of key initiatives across our organisation. Based in Birmingham, this full-time role requires a skilled professional with expertise in managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives, timelines, and budgets.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners to drive projects forward, delivering measurable outcomes and high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals, creating detailed plans and timelines.
- Resource Management: Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for seamless execution of projects.
- Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Budget Oversight: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all projects are delivered to high standards, meeting or exceeding stakeholder expectations.
- Process Improvement: Analyse project outcomes to identify lessons learned and implement best practices for future initiatives.
About You
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Project Manager in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
